December is coming to an end. This month populated by long dark and virulent nights. Vanquished by the Light, which appeared in the person of Christkindel, the Hans Trapp resigns himself to signing his defeat. He was driven back to his fortress, the Berwartstein castle, by the inhabitants of Wissembourg, happy with this victory of good over evil.
Hans Trapp walk, departing from Niederschlettenbach (D) towards the chapel with the tomb of Hans Trapp, Berwartstein Castle et Visit to the Klein Frankreich watchtower (10 km circuit).
Registration required at the Alsace Verte Tourist Office (Wissembourg Lembach, Hunspach or Niederbronn-les-Bains offices)
Price: Package includes lunch at Berwarstein Castle (one main course + a 25cl soft drink + a dessert + a hot drink) and guided tour. Picnics and outside drinks are not permitted. Menus are available for children aged 6 and over. For children under 6, orders will be taken on site.
Appointment time communicated when you registered.
Lunch included in the splendid medieval setting of the courtyard of Berwartstein Castle.
