This exhibition highlights magnificent works in chocolate, including castings and edible artistic creations. It highlights the traditional molds of Gertswiller, while exploring the history of chocolate and its various variations. In anticipation of the Easter period, professional chocolatiers contribute to the event by creating molds and chocolate works. The opening of the exhibition will take place in the form of a chocolate fair, offering visitors the opportunity to taste a variety of quality chocolates! This event combines art, tradition and tasting to celebrate the passion for chocolate.
