Among all his productions, De Dietrich also produced ornamental cast iron in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Utility utensils, decorative cast iron for buildings or urban furniture, the uses could be multiple and the decorations varied with religious, mythological, bucolic, symbolic, heraldic, animal inspiration...

The Reichshoffen museum offers an evocative panorama of this often forgotten production which called on the artistic talent of the designers and modelers of the De Dietrich factories to obtain the desired shapes.
