The Reverend Father Jules Joseph was a military chaplain, at the origin of French monuments of memory on German territory. A member of the Friends of the Museum, keen on local history, became interested in this question and did extensive research to understand how the German authorities could accept this fact. This story will be highlighted at the museum thanks to various panels retracing all the stages of Father Joseph's life.
