Their beers are brewed over a wood fire using organic and locally sourced ingredients. The hops come from Alsace and the barley from the village, resulting in beers with a true taste of the terroir!
The workshop is located in the old stable of an Alsatian farmhouse that houses the Tiers-Lieu Oasis Multikulti. This place hosts workshops, an AMAP, a monthly producers' market and shared offices.
