The Museum occupies a peasant's house which allows to discover the habitat and the domestic life of the worker-peasants of the foothills of the Vosges in the XIXth century. You can approach a way of life made of hard work, traditions and celebrations, such as that of the throwing of flaming discs: the "Schieweschlawe", or throwing of burning discs at the time of the equinox.
