Walking

During this walk in the foothills of the Northern Vosges, come and discover the number of orchards and vines punctuating the landscape!


From the 67 bus stop, pass in front of the “Le Cleebourg” hotel-restaurant, then go left and follow the signs for “tree path”.


Arrived at Steinseltz, go up to the left at the forked intersection and turn right into the new street. Turn right into rue du Maire Rupp (D240) then turn left into rue de Wissembourg. When the road bends to the right, climb the tarmac path between the vines on the left.

Possibility of going to the monuments of the Franco-Prussian war of 1870 (30-minute detour). Turn right towards rue de Wissembourg, then left and cross the D264. Catch up and follow the D186 to the Geisberg monument. The other buildings are before the Geisberg, on the right. Then come back in 2 and continue on the road following the signs "tree trail".


Before Rott, go down the path to the left of the picnic area. Arrived at Rott, go down the rue Schoenert then go to the right in the rue de l'église. Climb the rue de la halle then the forest path on the left. Follow it until you arrive in front of the hotel-restaurant “Le Cleebourg”. Then return to the parking lot.
