From the very beginning of the journey, a fun investigation inspired by escape games invites you to unravel the mysteries of the pretzel, before putting yourself in the shoes of a baker thanks to our kneading machine.
The tour then takes you to an observation area offering a direct view of the Boehli pretzel production workshopsfrom dough preparation to packaging in bags. The discovery continues with a tasting at the Pretzel'Bar, before going through the Shop'in Bretzel boutique and its local products.
