At the Windstein mill

Artisanal production of jam. The jams are made the old-fashioned way, in copper basins, with very ripe fruit, sugar of course, always in small quantities, to limit the cooking time and thus preserve the flavor of the fruit. Come and treat yourself to flavors like banana-orange or apple-cinnamon.
