Located in Mietesheim near Haguenau, Etienne and Eliott from the Brasserie Les Semblables produce tasty beers in a bold eco-responsible approach.
The beers are cooked over a wood fire with organic and local raw materials. The hops come from Alsace and the barley from the village for beers with a good local taste!
The workshop is located in the old stable of an Alsatian farmhouse that houses the Tiers-Lieu Oasis Multikulti. This place hosts workshops, an AMAP, a monthly producers' market and shared offices.
