Unique for its biblical representation and its colored surface.

The Saint-Gall church in Rittershoffen houses a magnificent stained glass window, a masterpiece by Alsatian master glassmaker Tristan Ruhlmann from Haguenau. Joseph Jochum, priest of the Catholic parish of Rittershoffen from 1950 to 1998, was the designer and produced the sketches. This is the largest stained glass window of all the churches rebuilt in Alsace after the Second World War. It is unique for its colored surface but also for its biblical, ecumenical and historical representation. At night, when the church is illuminated, it shines in all colors, as if adorned with diamonds and sapphires; a figure of the church as Saint John saw it in the Apocalypse: "beautiful as the bride adorned for her husband".
It is also a Jacquaire heritage building.
